Message	I'd take it off first, check for cracks and such, and make a decision accordingly. It's likely the plastic cracked, and you'll see for sure when you take it off. You can likely find a replacement for under $100. If you'd like to try to fix it, I have pretty much all the parts necessary for a full driver's side headlight, including the underneath plastic, so let me know. Cheers, JBrobst
